Here a Dal, There a Dal… July is Jihva for Dals at Sailu’s Food!

I’m so excited for this next installment of Indira’s brainchild, JFI. My “jihva” for dals was my entry to the wonderful world of authentic Indian cooking, and as a result, to culinary art via the blog medium. I guess I’m collecting blogs now like I collect cookbooks — and the best part is that every blogger tells a story to go with their recipe. That is what makes the food come alive. Thanks, Sailu, for choosing my very favorite new food for July’s JFI 🙂
