I’m so excited for this next installment of Indira’s brainchild, JFI. My “jihva” for dals was my entry to the wonderful world of authentic Indian cooking, and as a result, to culinary art via the blog medium. I guess I’m collecting blogs now like I collect cookbooks — and the best part is that every blogger tells a story to go with their recipe. That is what makes the food come alive.
